Luggage transport
If you travel to your destination by train, simply hand in your luggage at the railway station before you travel. This will be then be delivered directly to your hotel and collected again for the return journey.
To ensure your cases arrive in Wengen in good time, check them in 2-3 days prior to your departure - clearly labelled "Wengen, Hotel Victoria-Lauberhorn" - and inform us of your luggage ticket number.
For the return journey, you can obtain the luggage documentation directly from your hotel.
In winter (Saturday and Sunday only), you can deposit your luggage at the Meeting Point at Lauterbrunnen railway station on arrival. This will then be securely transported directly to the hotel.
